Selections, load from disk, choose hatball.sel. Click open. 82. Foreground color black. Background color #FDEECD. 83. Flood fill with black. 84. Selections, modify contract by 2 and flood fill with #FDEECD. 85. Selections, select none, selections, select all. Selections float, selections invert. 86. Effects 3D effects, drop shadow.
