"Cupid's Watching Tutorial"

This tutorial was created in PSP 7.  I am assuming you have basic working knowledge of PSP.  If you have any questions or comments, please don't hesitate to email me at kitchel@isponline.net and I will answer all email as soon as possible. The inspiration from this little cupid came from a craft magazine I purchased. I did change the image just a little but this was the outcome.

No outside filters where used to create this tutorial.
