47.   Layers, new raster layer. Name this layer eye. 

48.   Selections, load from disk. Choose eye.sel. Click ok.

49.   Flood fill with black.

50.   Effects, 3D effects, inner bevel. Use these settings.

 

51.   Selections, select none. 

52.   Layers, duplicate. Image mirror. Move this eye to the left and place similar to the image above. Rename this layer left eye.

53.  Layers, new raster layer. Name this layer nose.

54.  Selections, load from disk. Choose nose.sel. Click ok. 

55.  Flood fill with #F3CEA8.

56.  Selections, float. Selections invert.   

57.  Effects, 3D effects, drop shadow. Use these settings. Color is #D9995B.

58.  Selections, invert again. 

59.  Effects, 3D effects, inner bevel. Use these settings.

60.  Selections, Select none.

61.  Layers, new raster layer. Name this layer banner.

62.  Selections, load from disk. Choose banner.sel. Click ok.

63.  Flood fill with white, or color of your choice.

64.  Selections, float. Selections invert.

65.  Effects, 3D effects, drop shadow. Use the settings below. Color is #AE207A.

66.  Selections, select none. 

67.  Layers, new raster layer. Name this layer cupid words.

68.  Selections, load from disk. Choose cupidwords.sel. Click ok. (Note: These are the words I used, feel free to create your own).

69.  Flood fill with #AE207A, or chose your own color.

70.  Selections, select none.

71.  Foreground color black. Background color null.

72.  Layers, new raster layer. Name this layer hair.

73.  Using draw tool settings shown below. Draw your cupid some hair. (This was just my way of doing this, you may chose to draw hair to your liking).

74.  Open your bow psp file and edit copy, highlight your cupid image and edit paste as a new layer. Place the bow right about the banner in the center of the heart body. You can colorize your bow any color to match your cupid if you wish, just go to colors and then colorize. Play around with the settings.

75.  Layers, duplicate. Image flip. Bring this bow up to your cupid's hair. 

76.  Image resize 55 percent. Make sure resize all layers is unchecked. Your cupid should now look similar to this.

 

77.  Your left leg needs to be moved over to the left just a little to line it up right. The image shown above reflects the move.

78.  Open your layer palette and place an x over layer banner and layer cupid words. Then highlight body layer.

79.  Selections, select all. Selections float. Selections modify contract by 2.

80.  Using your preset shapes  tool with these settings. (Make sure you change your line style to #5 Dashed line. Foreground black. Background null.

 

81.  Draw a heart on the inside of your cupid's heart body. Your image should look similar to this.

You can now merge visible all layers and rename cupid. You are now finished! I hope you have enjoyed this tutorial as much as I have creating it for you!
