~Freddy Fishey~

This tutorial was written  in PSP 7. It assumes you have working knowledge of layers, and use of selections. I hope you enjoy this tutorial as much as I have creating it! "Freddy Fishey" was inspired from a coloring book my little 4 year old had. I thought it would be cute to try recreating this image in psp. This tutorial is ©Bunney's Burrow 2001-02.
